This includes the production and sales status of processed foods, food additives, utensils, or containers/packaging produced according to the standards of the Food Code and the Food Additive Code.
By analyzing this report, we can identify the most popular functional ingredients and their approximate sales figures.
It also includes sections for notified or individually recognized functional ingredients.
